After you have placed your order you will automatically receive an ‘Order Acknowledgement ‘ email from us. This email will confirm your full order details including your order number and the current status of your order.

| When will my order be delivered? |

When the item is in stock, your order will be despatched and you should receive your order the following working day. Some products take a few days to come from our suppliers, we will keep you informed at all times.

| How much will delivery cost? |

Orders over £100 ex VAT qualify for FREE delivery to any UK mainland destination. All items are sent out on a next day service providing that we have stock in and that the order is placed before 3pm.
